| Once a document is revised what happens to it? |
| The new version of the document is published and the current version is archived. If there are previous versions of the document, they will appear in the document details screen, from where they can be downloaded. |

| Is version control automatic or assigned by the creator/owner? |
| Version control is automatic. The old versions are available only to the owner not others. |

| Will the software work with Word 2007? |
| Yes |

| How do you finalize a document once you have received the comments from the reviewers? |
| Yes, you can merge the changes selectively from the individual reviewers, verify the final document if it is ok and then accept the changes. |

| Is there an archive process for retired documents and old versions? |
| Yes, all old versions of documents are automatically archived and can be accessed in the future as shown above. Retired documents are also archived and are accessible in the future. The difference is that Retired documents will not be available for creating future versions. |

| Can you run a report showing where documents are in process? |
| Yes, one of the standard reports is called "Policy Status". This report shows the status of all policies. For each policy, it shows who the owner is and when it is scheduled to come for the next review. Another standard report is called "Policies in Review". This report shows all the policies that are in the review process. For each policy, the report shows all the associated committees / individuals |
