| We are looking for a SharePoint Software Engineer to work at our client site in San Francisco. |

|
Responsibilities for this position include:
|
|
|
Design, develop and maintain the global SharePoint platform and participate in the activities of the SharePoint Technical Team. |
|
|
Act as a reference for project teams, business owners and users in the area of SharePoint technology. |
|
|
Gather feedback from SharePoint technology team, managers and users to refine and extend the SharePoint platform. |
|
|
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex SharePoint problems, including researching issues related to client environments, application configuration and permissions. |
|
|
Work closely with project managers, business owners and users to properly integrate SharePoint technologies into new and existing projects. |
|
| |
|
Qualifications:
|
|
|
Bachelor's degree, master's preferred in engineering discipline. |
|
|
2-3 years developing .NET and Microsoft-based web applications. |
|
|
1 year Microsoft SharePoint experience; experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Services (MOSS). |
|
|
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. |
|
|
Strong analytical skills. |
|
|
Excellent documentation skills. |
|
| |
|
Functional \ Technical Skills:
|
|
|
Strong knowledge of Windows SharePoint Services and SharePoint Portal (v2003 and v2007). |
|
|
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technology platform (ASP.NET) Development. |
|
|
Working knowledge of Windows Server 2003, Microsoft SQL Server and Active Directory.
|
|
|
Functional knowledge of Windows Workflow. |
|
|
Functional knowledge of Forms Server and InfoPath. |
|
|
